Seasonality and fresh, quality ingredients are at the core of my cooking ethos and heavily shape my dishes. I find constant inspiration all around, from restaurants I have eaten at, countries I have been lucky enough to visit, my ever growing collection of cook books and food magazines, chefs I am fortunate enough to meet and work with, as well as the huge world of social media and food blogs. I love working with my clients to create bespoke, tailored menus and experiences and my main priority is that your event is special and memorable and, most importantly, delicious!
